Welcome to The Talent 1st Organisation.

With over 32 years of combined industry experience, our team continues to be at the forefront of unearthing, developing and delivering exceptional young talent from all walks of life.

We deliver free open workshops to young people aged 8 to 25 years throughout the year. From these workshops, we select a small number of exceptionally talented young people to benefit from our industry renowned program of ongoing workshops and industry support, delivered in-house at our famous Nottingham studio or in schools via our School Partnership programme.

Free open workshops

We hold open group workshops throughout the academic year. Once an applicant has completed our online application form, they will be invited to attend a workshop at our industry famous Nottingham studio.

From the experienced to the first time performer, our open workshops are designed for all applicants. Our workshops are structured into three key age brackets; 8-11yrs, 11-16yrs, and 16-25yrs. Over the course of the workshop, applicants will begin to explore what it is to be an actor through a mixture of improvisations and workshop exercises. Our workshops are informal and lots of fun! We pride ourselves on hosting a welcoming, friendly, inclusive, creative and safe environment for all our participants.

From these workshops, we select suitable talent to join our prestigious program of on-going workshops and industry support.

We also take our free open workshops on tour to schools and colleges.

“One of the best sources of finding young talent in England.”
